The 4 axis version DY-2515 is a double column machining centet which features in high precision, speed and rigidity. The machine structure is excellent, the body casting we are made of high rigidity and hardness materials, not only can make the machine maintain high stability, but also can provide super rigidity for the machine. We temper the machine body twice to improve the stability of the machine, strong rigidity and cutting force has been fully guaranteed. The heavy box structure is also used in this machine to improve its overall rigidity.
We are also use a high rigidity spindle. The spindle material can absorb vibration, iIt can maintain high stability and high precision while running at high speed and effectively avoid the precision problem caused by tool vibration. Spindle rotation mode is direct connection drive, and the maximum rotation can reach 6000RPM. The axis travle distance of X, Y and z are 2500mm/1500/900. The worktable size of this machine is 2700mm*1300mm and the maximum load bearing capability is 8t. The large worktable size and super load capacity make this 4-axis DY-2515 a good choice for heavy processing.
