The 4-axis DY-2015 is a gantry machining center with high rigidity, high precision and high speed. The worktable size of this machine is 2200mm*1300mm and the maximum bearing capability is 6t. A huge worktable size and excellent bearing capability makes this machine as a best choice for heavy cuuting and heavy processing. The machine adopts the heavy duty box structure design, the internal ribs have been strengthened to make this machine both structural strength and rigidity are very excellent.
In addition to the very strong body, the machine is equipped with a first-class spindle. The spindle adopts the directly connected spindle, and its highest revolution can be 6000RPM, which can not only meet the requirements of high-speed finishing but also realize the low-speed heavy cutting. All three axes use high precision ball screw and equipped with precision nut prepressing and tail end prepulling device, can make the backlash and thermal deformation maintain at low values for very long time. The X and Y axis is equipped with a roller-type linear guide rail that provides high rigidity and low noise for fast displacement and optimal cycling accuracy.
In addition to these basic configurations, the series of machines also offers a wide range of optional configurations to choose from and add to, and the series of models are also available in 4 and 5 axis versions.
