The VMC-850 is a high performance CNC vertical machining center developed and manufactured by our company. The machine has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, high speed and high efficiency. Compared with other similar products, this machine has more and better advantages and performance, which can complete the processing tasks faster, more stable, more accurate and more efficient. All castings of this machine are secondary tempered to provide excellent rigidity to the machine and make it more stable. This machine also equips a high precision and performance spindle. The spindle have a wide range of speed. The speed will be changed basing on what material is being cut and the depth of cut that is required. The Spindle is loaded with tool holders and cutters to achieve the proper material removal. This machine also uses the Mitsubishi M80 control system which is very easy to operate. This control system can not only greatly improve the processing efficiency, but also effectively reduce the processing cost, processing time and labor cost
